We are finding that in the rare instance where a AWS product has a problem in the field and it has been remotely diagnosed by AWS Technical Support, that in most situations, AWS will send a replacement unit to the particular location and have the failing unit sent back to a AWS depot for maintenance.  Thus, general maintenance training is somewhat limited in scope.  For very large users, AWS will customize a training program to suit their specific needs.
